Zachary Bélanger (LPN)

Aesthetics

Zachary began his journey in medical aesthetics upon graduating BC’s Government Accredited College for Medical Aesthetics in 2018 with a Diploma.

Upon graduating, Zachary went on to work alongside one of Vancouver’s most well-known clinics, The Vanity Lab. Getting to work alongside experienced medical aestheticians and doctors gave him a great learning opportunity for a fast growing and constantly changing field.

Shortly after, with a goal to expand his scope of practice within the field, Zach attended Vancouver Island University and completed his Diploma in Practical Nursing.

Prior to jumping back in to aesthetics, Zach spent over a year working full time in frontline addictions, harm reduction, and mental health, where he got to implement a trauma informed practice of truly meeting people where they are at. This role also gave him the opportunity to implement many of his hands on nursing skills.

Zachary is now part of the team at LuminaMD, taking on a lead nurse role to provide a leadership in an industry that is rapidly growing.

Some of Zach’s pillars in his professional practice are transparency with clients, leadership, ethical practice, trauma informed practice, and, the collaborative mindset that in this industry, providers are stronger together.
