Dermal Filler

Dermal fillers are typically comprised of hyaluronic acid, a substance which occurs naturally in the skin. Hyaluronic acid draws water into the skin, helping to plump and hydrate it. As we age we also experience loss of volume in the bony structure and fat pads of the face. This can lead to drooping and a 'hollow' appearance of the skin and areas such as the temples. Fillers are thus an excellent way to fill in deep lines and wrinkles, restore loss of volume, and correct asymmetries.

They can be utilized in a variety of locations.

  • Chin for projection
  • Jawline for contouring
  • Temples for volume restoration and lifting
  • Lip filler hydrates, volumizes, and enhances borders
  • Tear troughs
  • Cheeks
